Cruise Ship Luggage Tags

Cruise Ship Luggage Tags
Cruise ship luggage tags, more often than not, are printed at home on a computer printer. Obviously simply attaching a paper tag isn’t a durable enough solution. Here is the process we follow…

* Print the tag on card stock
* Cut excess material as indicated on the printout just make sure there is enough material at the ends so punched holes will not be over critical information
* Fold as indicated on the printout. I use a glue stick to glue flaps in place
* Attach an address label where indicated on the tag. You can also hand write the information in.
* Laminate the front of the tag with clear packaging tape especially where the holes will be
* Punch holes on the ends
* The tag gets folded over the luggage handle
* Bring the hole punched ends together and secure with a wire tie. NOTE: use WIRE TIES ***NOT*** twist ties like you find on a bread bag.

The tag shown here happens to be from Norwegian. Tags from Carnival are somewhat wider but the construction process shown here applies.

Moving Cards

Moving Cards
I am GRATEFUL to have finally completed our Moving Cards. I ran out of printer ink. Then ran out of mailing labels, then realized my roll of 100 stamps was only 42 cents…so had to go buy a bunch of 2 cent ones. This simple project sure took a long time. But they are now in the mail and will soon be received by our family and friends – so hopefully no Christmas Cards will have to forwarded from our old address. I love getting Christmas Cards, and would hate for them to be delayed.
